Planiform is pleased to announce the beginning of a new A2B RFID Sorter project in Montreal for Alsco uniform rental. Alsco is one of the largest companies worldwide specialized in uniform and linen rental with more than 170 branches around the globe. They were founded in 1889 and now have more than 350,000 customers.

This installation of our A2B RFID sorter is a major upgrade over the previous manual sorter already installed.
This turn-key project will allow the system to be run by the smallest number of operators possible while still allowing for the client to meet upcoming demand for the foreseeable future. The use of our sorter combined with RFID technology allows for the minimization of human sorting errors.

Thanks to an additional bundle reader at the end of the process, the sorting process is validated, rendering the system effectively 100% fail-proof.
