Planiform was founded over 50 years ago. We design, manufacture and install automated conveyor systems for distribution centers, retail stores and industrial laundries. Our conveyor systems are often tailor-made to our customers' needs. Although Planiform's sales are mainly in the USA and Canada, we also have customers all over the world.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to execute marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the design, content and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with a marketing agency.
  • Assist in the organization and promotion of trade shows.
  • Support and design marketing materials (presentations, e-mails, general presentations, flyers, etc.).
  • Write and distribute external communications.
  • Manage social media accounts and online profiles.
  • Maintain marketing data and provide reports on marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain customer intelligence in key marketing platforms, including HubSpot.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing practices and technologies.

What we're looking for:

  • Relevant post-secondary education in marketing and communications or related field
  • Minimum of three years' experience in marketing
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign / Illustrator /Photoshop / Graphic design, Video editing, familiarity with HubSpot (a strong asset)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Be a cheerful person!
